We
offer private rooms for groups of 25 minimum to 300 maximum for dining
only, and up to 220 maximum for dining and dancing. To reserve a room,
contact our Banquet Manager to check date availability.†
†A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required within
two weeks of reserving a date.
All deposits are processed, then subtracted from the final check
the day of the function. The room rental fee is required to be paid
in full two weeks prior to the date of the banquet.
Menu Selection
The complete menu must be selected at least two weeks before the
function date. It is customary for large groups to be served the
same meal. However, you may offer two entrees up to 45 guests under
the following conditions:
- Exact counts of each entree must be guaranteed THREE business
days prior to your function.
- Some kind of entree identification is required so our staff
can serve you professionally and accurately, i.e. color-coded
tickets, place cards, name tags, etc.
- No outside food or beverage is permitted to be brought in. The
only exceptions are specialty cakes for which a cutting service
fee will be charged, and wines, which are subject to a corkage
fee.

under the guarantee cannot be packaged to go in keeping with Health
Department law and the Foxfire Policy.
Guarantees
The guarantee is a minimum number of meals for which you will
be charged. The number you wish to guarantee must be called in to
the Catering Manager on or before the date specified on your banquet
contract. You will be charged for the number you guarantee, or actual
attendance, whichever is greater.

A wide variety of arrangements
are possible depending on the number of guests: U-shape, classroom,
round tables and theater-style seating. Podium, microphone,
American flag and display tables are furnished at no charge
based on availability. Your tables will be set complete with
linen, required settings and flowers in bud vases as part
of the decor. We will make every effort to accommodate your
wishes with regard to setup; however, the final decision will
be made by the management to best facilitate your guests and
service requirements. |

| The bar can be arranged as a HOSTED BAR (the
host pays for all) or as a NO HOST BAR (guests pay individually).
Cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks are charged per drink
at regular prices. We also offer non-alcoholic beers and wines
and an extensive selection of fine bottled wines. |

Method of Payment
The balance due for final payment is to be made at the close of
your function by cash, cashiers check, VISA, Mastercard, Diners,
Carte Blanche or American Express. The room rental fee is to be
paid in full prior to the date of the banquet.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED except as deposits or advance payments
at least two weeks prior to your function.‡
An 18% service charge and the current sales tax will be added to
all food and beverage (Mandatory service charges are taxable by
California State Sales Tax according to California Sales Tax Law
Regulation 1603 and Annotation 550,0780.

A service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all
food and beverage. Menu items and prices subject to change without
notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Leftover
food cannot be packaged to take home in keeping with Health Department
laws and Foxfire policy. The Foxfire cannot be held responsible
for items lost, stolen or left on its premises.
